Never had a probem buying with credit card and receiving below 10k$ in deposit. In Canada, bank have to declare transactions over 10k$ so that is why some might find their account temporary unavailable if it’s not usual...
Had no problems buying straight from binance or coinbase!
Was applying for a business account and told them it was for cryptocurrency mining and they refused to open an account for me. Not crypto friendly in this aspect
