I have been especially impressed with Fidelity's customer service. You call, they answer, they help. Simple. Also, wires in and out of Fidelity's cash management accounts are free, which is nice.
No longer allow ACH transfers to crypto exchanges, has no special instructions field for wire transfers to GDAX, rep claims they're "clamping down" on accounts used with crypto exchanges
Have had no issues with transfers to and from Gemini, CEO has a bitcoin miner in her office, they have partnered with CoinBase to show account balances. The most crypto friendly bank I know.
