I have been especially impressed with Fidelity's customer service. You call, they answer, they help. Simple. Also, wires in and out of Fidelity's cash management accounts are free, which is nice.
Have had no issues with transfers to and from Gemini, CEO has a bitcoin miner in her office, they have partnered with CoinBase to show account balances. The most crypto friendly bank I know.
A technology savvy, blockchain/crypto-aware organization (investor in Coinbase) that proves that it's possible to be involved in crypto and be law-abiding at the same time. A gold standard for all financial institutions!
