Declined moonpay bitcoin payments for 'fraud' reasons, eventhough i stated i wanted to invest into bitcoin for legitimate reasons!??

Regularly purchase from coinbase and binance, no issues whatsoever
Use NatWest regularly. Transfer up to 20k at a time with no issues
So far Natwest has happily accepted transactions on their credit card to bitpanda, and has carried out transfers to coinbase from my account. They've also accepted bitpanda transactions from Europe going into my account.
In summer 2018 Natwest stopped allowing credit card Transactions to bitpanda.
These days they outright decline transactions to crypto.com meaning I cant top up my CDC debit card. No way for me to verify the transaction. Just declined. Awful attitude.
